This Indian colonial linen cupboard was custom made for a wealthy merchant back in the 19th C.
It shows western influences from Portugal or France. Constructed from luxurious golden teak, the highest quality Indian teak wood.
There are two shelves within and two drawers.
Originally this piece would have been painted multiple times during its lifetime, it's been painstakingly restored at Indigo to its original condition whist retaining a beautiful patina.
Finished with a beeswax.
