  Shipping and Collection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or coordinate a scheduled white-glove pickup for oversized furniture pieces.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
